- It is best to call us on 1300 054 554 to make an appointment to ensure someone will be available to assist with any enquiries. Weekend appointments can also be arranged!
- With our easy online ordering system, simply select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. You can then choose to pay by VISA, MasterCard, direct debit or PayPal.
- We have a shipping calculator on every item. Simply type your postcode into our shipping calculator for the item you would like and it will give you the price. - Your chair will be delivered to your door via Toll IPec.
- Why have your massage chair only delivered to your door when you can have it installed for a small additional fee by our expert installation partners? Our White Glove Assembly service is a premium delivery and assembly option available to our customers in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. This is an additional cost to our regular delivery price.
This service includes delivery & full assembly of your massage chair, as well as the removal of leftover packaging & rubbish from your home. If you’d like to take up this option, please add this item to your cart & be sure to include your phone number during checkout. We will call you & organise the best time to deliver & assemble your new massage chair.

- Standard delivery time to Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide locations is approximately 3 to 7 business days, and 5 to 10 days for Brisbane and the Gold Coast. For all areas outside these metropolitan areas, please allow up to 12 business days.
We ship Australia Wide. If you are located outside these metropolitan areas, please call us on 1300 054 554 and we can help arrange delivery to your home.
- Pick-up can be arranged from our Laverton warehouse in Melbourne after payment has been received in full. Payment is not accepted on pick-up.
- All of our chairs are available in black, with many also available in beige. Special orders can be taken for grey, red and white chairs. Payment is required in full prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer. This process takes between 8 and 12 weeks.
- We have qualified service partners in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth and hold stock of spare parts for our entire product range.
In the rare case that you experience a problem with your chair please go to our Service and Repair page and fill in the Service Request form and one of our team will contact you to arrange a callout.
- Our chairs are specifically designed for regular use and, unlike your car, do not require a service provided that the chair is used in the manner for which it was designed.
