Masseuse Massage offers an industry-leading 3-Year Warranty free with all our massage chairs. We stand by the superior quality of our massage chairs, and back that up with the best warranty policy in Australia.

This is a comprehensive warranty, protecting you against any manufacturer defects you may experience over 3 whole years. This includes but is not limited to reasonable fabric wear and tear through proper usage, as well as motorised, mechanical and electrical parts.

In fact, if you live within one of our recognised metro zones, your warranty will be a 3-Year In-Home Warranty. This means that we can send out one of our expert Service Technicians, who work exclusively with Masseuse Massage products and clients, to assist you in the comfort of your own home. We will cover any replacement parts they need to fix your massage chair, as well as the cost of their labour.

Terms and Conditions

    • Private Use Massage Chair Warranty
       
      • All warranty services outlined herein are only applicable to Masseuse Massage chairs purchased from an approved Masseuse Massage supplier.

        The company, Masseuse Massage, will provide warranty services against manufacturer defects for a period of 3 years (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied by the customer before any warranty or service claim is raised. Masseuse Massage staff cannot provide any confidential purchase identification to customers.

        The coverage of Service Technician labour in in-home service is only applicable for Masseuse Massage products purchased for private use and is not covered for products purchased for commercial use. Commercial customers within recognised metropolitan zones have access to the same on-site service from Masseuse Massage’s expert Service Technicians but will need to cover the cost of labour.

        Customers located outside the boundaries of the company’s recognised metropolitan zones, will be covered for replacement parts. This includes motorised, mechanical and electrical parts as well as reasonable fabric wear and tear incurred through correct usage.

        Masseuse Massage is proud to have a transferable warranty program. This means that if you purchase a verified Masseuse Massage chair that is still under warranty and have the original proof of purchase, we will honour the 3 Year Warranty from the date of original purchase as stated on the invoice. However, the availability of in-home service remains dependent on the new owner’s geographic location, as our Service Technicians are available only to those within the Company’s recognised metropolitan zones.

        As the Company’s network of Service Technicians is ever-expanding, please feel free to contact Customer Service for clarification on the current warranty service available in your area.

        Warranty services will not cover any damage caused from improper use or setup of the product, incorrect electrical supply, power surges, acts of nature including but not limited to floods or fire, or accidents that result in damage of the product. Masseuse Massage provides instructional manuals as well as video resources where possible to ensure customers assemble and use their massage products appropriately.

        In case of damage to your chair not covered by our warranty, we suggest you specify your massage chair in your home and contents insurance policy.

        Massage chairs acquired prior to September 2016 are covered by the 12-Month Warranty which was in place at the time of purchase. All T&Cs will remain the same.

        The company, Masseuse Massage, will provide warranty services against manufacturer defects for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied by the customer before any warranty or service claim is raised.

        Masseuse Massage staff cannot provide any confidential purchase identification to customers.

        Masseuse Massage also offers an industry-leading 2-Year Extended Warranty for only $495. This increases the original commercial warranty by an additional 1 year.

        Commercial customers within recognised metropolitan zones have access to on-site service from Masseuse Massage’s expert Service Technicians, however, they will need to cover the cost of labour. Customers located outside the boundaries of the company’s recognised metropolitan zones, will be covered for replacement parts. This includes motorised, mechanical and electrical parts.

        Warranty services will not cover any damage caused from improper use or setup of the product, incorrect electrical supply, power surges, acts of nature including but not limited to floods or fire, or accidents that result in damage of the product.

        Massage chairs acquired for commercial use prior to 7 June 2018 will be covered by the 6-Month Commercial Warranty which was in place at the time of purchase. All terms and conditions will remain the same. 

    • Extended Warranty Program
       
      • By purchasing an extended warranty in conjunction with a new product, the warranty period outlined above is extended to the specified timeframe. All other terms and conditions of the massage chair warranty remain the same.

        Masseuse Massage offers a 5-Year Extended Warranty to customers acquiring a massage chair for private use. This increases the initial warranty period by an additional 2 years. For commercial customers purchasing a massage chair, Masseuse Massage offers a 2-Year Extended Warranty for only $495. This increases the original commercial warranty by an additional 1 year.

        After purchasing, customers have an additional 7 days to purchase an Extended Warranty.

        Masseuse Massage stands by the premium quality of our massage chairs, and is proud to have the longest, most affordable platinum warranty program available Australia-wide.

      The company, Masseuse Massage, will provide warranty services against manufacturer faults or defects for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied by the customer before any warranty or service claim is raised. Masseuse Massage staff cannot provide any confidential purchase identification to customers.

      Masseuse Massage accessories, such as back cushions, shoulder massagers and foot massagers include a 12-month return to base replacement warranty. Simply return your faulty product along with proof of purchase and we will offer a replacement item. The product will be replaced with a brand new and operational product of equal or similar value and will be sent back to the customer at no expense. This warranty policy is valid only within Australia.

      The warranty does not cover the cost of return transport, freight or postage to a designated Masseuse Massage Service Centre for assessment.

      Masseuse Massage reserves the right to refuse warranty service if in its opinion, it is found the product was not used according to instructions or was negligently misused. The warranty becomes void if the product is found to be modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorised person.

      Warranty services will not cover damage caused from improper use or setup of the product, acts of nature including but not limited to floods or fire, or accidents that result in damage of the product.

      The company reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without further notice.
